In centrally located Slovenia, all alone on the mountain pasture, lies our holiday home with a beautiful view over the Slovenian mountains.
The house is completely self-sufficient and has no fixed connections, but is fully equipped! Electricity is generated by the sun and stored in batteries, rainwater is collected to provide water to the house and a gas tank ensures that cooking and heating can be done. Apart from the fact that it is better to buy bottled water for drinking water, you will not notice that the house is completely self-sufficient.
In the house you will find a spacious hallway, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and a balcony with an incredible view. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a 1 person bed. In the basement (at the same height as the garden) you will find a sofa bed, table tennis table and a football table.
Directly from the house you can make beautiful walks, with a view of the highest mountain in Slovenia, the Triglav. But also mountain biking and bike parks (within cycling distance of the house) are right at the house. But via ferrata and rock climbing are also possible in the immediate vicinity. If you drive for a while, you can go white water kayaking, rafting, canyoning, tobogganing, zip-line, kilimparken, wakeboarding, paragliding etc.
The capital Ljubljana can be reached in 45 minutes, as can the nice cities of Celje and Maribor. Close to the cottage you will also find beautiful caves, with the highest underground waterfall in Slovenia.
The house can only be reached by a 3 kilometer long dirt road. It is therefore important that your car is up-to-date, especially tyres with a good tread are important. The road is a public road and is maintained by the municipality.
