Completely renovated house (2019) with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with great views and a large terrace. It is located on the edge of the village of Smast, close to Kobarid with bars, shops, restaurants. His Smast has all modern comforts such as a washing and drying machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc. The house has a heat pump and is well insulated. A nice, spacious, pleasant house in a beautiful place centrally located in the Soca valley. There is much to do in the area, in addition to hiking, almost all outdoor water sports such as rafting, kayaking and canyoning, mountain biking is fantastic to do here, the Juliana Trail is close by just like Dreznica with its great church under the mountain Krn, where you can also take great walks to several waterfalls. Bovec with the high-altitude ski area de Kanin is also a 20-minute drive away. Bovec has a nice center. Of course Hisa Franko is only 5 km away, this restaurant is now (2021) No. 21 in the world, so the absolute top in the culinary field.

We, Jana Dolenc and Eduard Stamsnijder, live since 2004 in the village of Kamno between Kobarid and Tolmin. Since 2006 we have been renting out our own holiday homes in the Soca valley and in recent years those of others. We are a registered real estate agent, coordinating renovations. Jana is an artist and mentor of various painting groups.
