Vila Labod has 3 apartments and an excellent private location on the lake of Most na Soci. It offers complete privacy, private parking and a beautiful garden with several terraces. It is within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. Apartment Soca is on the 2nd floor, 130 m2 with a balcony. The very spacious beautiful garden is shared with the guests of the 2 other apartments, although there are plenty of separate seating areas. There are also 2 subs (paddle boards) which can be used by the guests for paddling on the lake.

We, Eduard & Jana, moved from the Netherlands to Slovenia in 2004, where Jana was born and raised. Eduard is a psychologist and had a career in HR; Jana is a well-known artist, registered broker and speaks 6 languages. We renovated our own house in Slovenia from 1996; after 2004, when we moved, more followed, including clients. We now rent 13 properties in the Soca valley.

Vila Labod has a Dutch owner and has 3 apartments, which can also be rented together for groups up to 18 people. Vila Labod has a unique location on 5000 m2 of private, fenced land directly on Lake Most na Soci and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops.
