Welcome to our holiday home Tabor 43.
Our holiday home is located in the old center of Cerknica, near the beautiful nature reserve 'Notranjski Park' and the special karst lake of Cerknica. The area is ideally suited for walking, cycling/mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, etc. and a visit to the world famous Postojna caves or one of the other caves in the area should not be missed. Supermarket, restaurants, bicycle rental and ice cream parlor are within walking distance.

Its central location makes it an ideal place for anyone who wants to discover the beautiful country of Slovenia.

The house is fully furnished as a holiday home with two apartments. You are on the page of the upper apartment 'Stana'. This apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people (including 2 sleeping places on the sofa bed).

If there is sufficient availability, this apartment can be booked together with the apartment on the ground floor; the house as a whole is suitable for a maximum of 9 people.

We are the sisters Nina and Tanja Sikkens and our roots are in Slovenia. During countless holidays we have always enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and everything that the country Slovenia has to offer. Even today we enjoy the beautiful country, nature, culture, good food and fine wines during the holidays with our families.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The cost of accommodation includes final cleaning, use of bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, energy costs and internet, and excludes tourist tax.

A camping bed is available for children, we do not charge extra costs for this.
We charge €15 extra per night for sleeping places on the couch. You can indicate this as an additional option

Tourist tax
Tourist tax for guests from 18 years old is €1.25 per person per night, for guests from 7 to 17 years the rate of €0.63 applies. No tourist tax is charged for guests up to 7 years old. The tourist tax will be settled afterwards with the refund of the deposit.

Deposit and cancellation
For reservations made more than 14 days before arrival, we require a deposit. If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.

The remaining rental amount, or a booking made within 14 days before arrival, including deposit, must be paid 14 days before arrival. The deposit is €150 and will be returned to you within 14 days of departure, minus tourist tax.
