In the morning and afternoon sun on this terrace. In the evening we eat outside out of the wind. An ideal spot.
The front of our holiday villa with 2 spacious parking spaces. There is a third parking space just in front of the house.
Just enjoy in a quiet and green setting just 500 meters from the Atlantic Ocean.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, but in general you have very little trouble with mosquitoes both inside and outside.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer (the two doors on the right), a dishwasher (to the left of the freezer), an oven with microwave and a hob with 4 burners and a built-in extractor hood.

The upstairs bedroom on the right (coming from the stairs) Both upstairs bedrooms have a sliding door (with shutter) that opens onto the large roof terrace.
The bedroom upstairs on the left (coming from the stairs. Here too with sliding door opening onto the large balcony. The window is equipped with a roller shutter and a mosquito net as a sliding door.
The bathroom on the ground floor. Equipped with a large walk-in shower, a sink, storage cupboards and a toilet.
All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. Clothes hangers are provided.

For safety, a large electric BBQ is provided. Very easy to use and large enough to prepare dishes for 6 people.
One of the viewpoints at Foz do Arelho a few km away from the house.
São Martinho do Porto with its beautiful and child-friendly beach is only 7 km from the house.
