The house was once a fisherman's house and is located in the historic center of Nazaré, about 100 meters walking distance from the promenade and the beautiful Praia da Nazaré (beach). Shops, restaurants, bars and all necessities within easy reach.

The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen/living room with fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, table with chairs etc. and a separate toilet with sink. The stairs take you to the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 2nd floor there is another bedroom with a double bed. The holiday home provides towels and bed linen. There is a small parking space in front of the house.

All in all, an authentic, attractive house to relax and enjoy Nazaré, the sun, a book and good wine.

Jacques and Marina Hanegraaf, originally from the Netherlands, have seen quite a bit of the world. Nazaré captured their hearts so much that they finally decided to settle there permanently. Around the house there are many delicious restaurants in the historic streets and also along the boulevard 50 meters from the house. If you want to try delicious Portuguese dishes, Tosca is a must. Tabernassa also has various meat and fish dishes. At the top of Sitio, restaurant Sitiado is a taste experience. For the shellfish lovers you should definitely visit "Aki del Mar" on the promenade, fresh lobsters, crabs, shrimps ...

Nice tram with beautiful views that takes you from Nazaré to Sitio. In the evening even more beautiful!

The tram runs daily from 7:15 AM to midnight and departs every 15 minutes.

A single ticket costs €2.50, a return ticket €4.00. It is also possible to buy a 6-ride ticket for € 10.00, a 7-day ticket for € 17.50.
