The house was once a fisherman's house and is located in the historic center of Nazaré. At about 100 meters walking distance from the boulevard and the beautiful Praia da Nazaré (beach). Shops, restaurants, bars and all necessities within easy reach.
The house has 4 floors with on the top floor a unique roof terrace with sea and Sitio (Ascensor) views. 1 large bedroom with a double bed on the 2nd floor. A living room with a double loft bed and a sofa that can easily be converted into a double bed with cozy furniture and a TV. WIFI everywhere, a small bathroom with shower and toilet also on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, microwave, table with plenty of chairs, etc. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, attached to it is a large bathroom with sink and shower, a toilet and another TV on the wall. The roof terrace above is safe and above all cosily furnished with furniture to quietly enjoy the sun, a book and a nice glass of wine.
The holiday home provides towels and bed linen.
