With a lovely, large garden, surrounded by greenery.
It is not even possible to get the whole garden in one picture....
Lovely lying by the pool.
And this is the front, with driveway and double garage. Spacious enough to park.
Comfortable outdoor beds.

Inside, the house is fully furnished, for example the sitting area.
It is also pleasant to relax in the evening.

The attractive, spacious kitchen in French style is fully equipped.
Of course, a fridge/freezer and microwave are not missing.
With this large oven/hob you can make a fantastic French meal.
Delicious coffee from the Dolce Gusto. But there is also a filter coffee maker, for the people who prefer that.
The loft upstairs is equipped with a reading corner, desk and foosball table.
Books, games, jigsaw puzzles, and also a table football game.
Of course, the household appliances are not missing, such as washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

The third bedroom has two single beds, which can also be pushed together.

The garden and the grass are of course always neatly maintained.

House, terrace, sunbeds, swimming pool..... the holiday feeling couldn't be better!

From the kitchen you can go through a step-through window to a terrace that overlooks the orchard and the valley behind the house.

The private property of one hectare consists largely of grassland and a small plot of forest. The lawns in front of the house are flat and offer plenty of opportunities for sports and games.

Market on Saturdays in Lauzerte, with products from the goat farm, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers, but also wine from chateau d'Aix and honey from the beehives, which are located on the edges of the lavender fields.

Canoeing from Douelle to Caix on the Lot (2 to 3 hour trip), after which you can have a picnic (or eat in the lay-back restaurant) on the river and return to Douelle by shuttle bus or electric (rental) bicycle.
