Close to a large salt lake, only 6 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Guardamar and from the only beautiful pine tree nature reserve along the sea of La Marina. approx. 15min from the city of Torrevieja, approx. 25min from the largest shopping center of the Costa Blanca (La Zenia Boulevard) and approx. 30min from the city of Alicante and the airport. Within walking distance are all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants etc.).
The nightly rate includes 10 KWH per day. Other consumption is charged at a market rate .
