Situation
The quinta is situated on a hill from where you have a view of the beautiful landscape as far as the sea with its beautiful olive trees and orange trees which are spread over the private territory of 4 hectares. On this property you will also find a spacious parking area for your cars, a special play area for the kids, a lawn and a walking route through the site to discover every cm that is available to you during the rental period. This private area is located in a national reserve and is less than 10 minutes by car from Silves.
Villa
This villa was built in 2009 in a modern architectural style with a Moorish accent. The villa is single-storey with an area of approximately 280M2 and is divided into 5 spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom with toilet. The living space itself is divided into 2 rooms, one to relax on a large lounge sofa with fireplace and HD satellite TV, the other room has a large kitchen and long dining table. The villa is equipped with all modern electronics, such as wireless internet, telephone, DVD, integrated music system with Ipod connector and a security system for the whole house. The house has a natural ventilation system which can be regulated according to your own needs. So the house is very comfortable in both summer and winter. From the living room you can reach the covered veranda where you can relax or take a seat at the dinner table. Here you can overlook the beautiful surroundings and the swimming pool. An outdoor kitchen has also been placed on the terrace for the ultimate pleasure of preparing the tastiest fish and meat dishes with all your guests outside, for which the ingredients can be bought at the market in Silves. In 2011, a luxury container was included in the overall design and offers space for 2 people. This cabin is of course also equipped with all the comfort you need for a carefree stay.
Since 2026, all bedrooms have been air-conditioned.
Swimming pool
When you imagine yourself on the platform by the pool (4.5m. x 11m.) you can choose a refreshing dip in the lovely water where no chlorine is used, or you can choose one of the sun beds with large umbrellas. Before taking a dip, you can rinse off in the shower placed on the platform
