The ground floor is divided into two apartments with two bedrooms each, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In both apartments, one of the two bedrooms has no window to the outside. Each apartment has a kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed and a TV (4 national channels) and a bathroom.

The 1st floor features a bar with stools, a large living room with a snooker table, satellite TV, a fireplace, a stereo system and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, electric oven, toaster and coffee machine. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is one bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one guest toilet. You will also find a balcony with table and chairs and stairs to the large private pool and garden.

The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large balcony with panoramic views. Guests can relax outside in the large garden with a covered barbecue area with a table and chairs.
