The quinta is situated on a hill where you as far as the sea has a view of the beautiful landscape with its beautiful olive trees and orange trees which are scattered over the private territory of 4 hectares. On this territory you will find a spacious parking area for your cars, a special playground for the kids, a lawn and a walking route through the grounds to discover every cm what is at your disposal about the rental period. This private area is situated in a national reserve and is less than 10 minutes away from Silves by car.
Villa
This villa was built in 2009 in a modern architectural style with a Moorish accent. The villa is single storey with an area of ??approximately 280M2 and is divided into 5 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom with toilet. The living area itself is divided into two rooms, one to relax on a large lounge sofa with fireplace and HD satellite television, the other room has a large kitchen and long dining table. The villa is equipped with all modern electronics such as wireless internet, telephone, DVD, intrigued music system with Ipodconnector and a security system for the whole house. The house has a natural ventilation system which can be regulated according to your needs. So the house is very comfortable both in summer and in winter. From the living room you can reach the covered veranda where you can relax or take a seat at the dinner table. Here you can overlook the beautiful surroundings and the swimming pool. On the terrace is also an outdoor kitchen placed for the ultimate pleasure to prepare with all your guests outside the tastiest fish and meat dishes for which the ingredients on the market in Silves can be purchased. In 2011 a luxury container was included in the total design and offers space for 2 people. This cabin is also equipped with all the comfort you need for a carefree stay.
Swimming pool
When you feel like yourself on the platform by the pool (4,5m x 11m.) You can choose for a refreshing dip in the delicious water where no chlorine is used, or you choose one of the sun beds with large umbrellas. Before taking a swim you can rinse off in the shower which is placed on the platform
