The villa is enclosed by a beautifully landscaped and lush garden. Various terraces complete the oasis. There are plenty of opportunities to make the most of the sun, but the garden also has some shady and romantic seating areas. The uniquely designed swimming pool (10 x 5) with adjacent ponds is surrounded by a number of sun beds. There is also an outdoor shower here.

In this striking casa, completed in the spring of 2005, you reach the enormous living room with fireplace via the central hall, followed by a large dining room and kitchen equipped with all modern appliances.
On the ground floor there are four bedrooms, each with a bathroom, two with a bath and two with a shower. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms with private bathrooms, one with a bath and two with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a covered terrace. A second living room completes this floor and is equipped with a kitchenette, of course equipped with all modern appliances. This room features a large sun terrace.

The main terrace offers space for a large dining table and a barbecue. Adjacent to the terraces is a pantry, equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Depending on the season, you can pick your own citrus fruits from the trees and arrange your own bouquets to make it even more homely. The sounds of the environment allow you to completely relax and feel completely one with nature.

The villa is particularly suitable for groups of two to fourteen people and often serves as a backdrop for family gatherings, wedding festivities, holidays for groups of friends with children, group holidays for golfers and even business meetings. Casa Monchique is equipped with two satellite TVs, DVD player and radio and CD player. Underfloor heating is optional; cots are available on request. The casa is located on an estate at the foot of the Monchique mountains, only fifteen kilometers from the south coast. The estate offers beautiful views and is ideal for beautiful walks through the beautiful nature.

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
