This apartment is located on the second, top floor (no elevator). It has a bright living room with air conditioning and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances: dishwasher, hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave and fridge-freezer. The living room and kitchen have access to a spacious south-facing terrace with relaxing views and distant sea views. The terrace also has a washing machine. I have been living in Portugal with our family since 2014 and I am a real estate agent (sales and rental). This house belongs to a Portuguese couple who live in France and are in Portugal at certain times of the year. We rent this apartment for them. Cancellation Policy:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant has rented the leased property on the agreed
date, he must inform the landlord of this date.
