Located just 30 minutes from Faro Airport, Casa do Monte is ideal for those looking to explore the Algarve. The beaches of Armação de Pêra are just a 10-minute drive away, while charming places such as Ferragudo, Lagos and the famous Benagil Caves can be reached within 15-30 minutes. Do you want to enjoy liveliness? Albufeira is also a short distance away. Yet at Casa do Monte you will mainly experience peace and nature, away from the hustle and bustle, with beautiful views and plenty of privacy.

A VILLA TO RELAX IN

Casa do Monte is spacious and stylishly furnished. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms. For a comfortable night's sleep, each bedroom has a new bed, with new and good mattresses.

• Master bedroom: double bed (180x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom and fan. 

• Second bedroom: two single beds (90x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

• Third bedroom (lower floor): double bed (160x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

The generous living room and dining room offer plenty of space to relax together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a five-burner gas stove, a spacious fridge and freezer, microwave and oven.

OUTDOOR LIVING AT ITS BEST

The villa is surrounded by nature and offers stunning views from every angle. The west side treats you to a spectacular panorama over the mountains of Monchique and the most beautiful sunsets. In the morning sun you can enjoy breakfast on the eastern terrace. There are several lounge and dining areas, both in the sun and in the shade, and an attractive covered outdoor dining area.

The swimming pool (5x10 meters) is perfect for both relaxing floating and a refreshing swim, with a depth of 1 meter in the first section and 2 meters in the second. The villa sits on a spacious plot of 7,500 m², fully fenced and accessed via an automatic gate.

• Hospitable reception: Upon arrival, you will be warmly and personally welcomed by our Dutch house manager Linda, who will be available for questions during your stay.

• Amenities: Towels and beach towels are provided.

• Supermarket: The nearest large supermarket (Aldi Alcantharilla) is only a 6 minute drive away.

- Booking does not include final cleaning at €120 and €300 deposit.
