Casa Rosa is a delightfully restored farm house from 1928.
The house is quiet and completely private, close to the large communal pool. From the terrace there is a great view to the sea.
The cozy cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with nice details such as the original tiles on the floor and on the wall.
The living room with fireplace has a comfortable seating area and a flat screen TV with Dutch channels and DVD player.
There are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and shared bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). The third bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom (bath / shower, double sink, bidet, wc).
The house is very family friendly with plenty of toys, baby cots and high chairs available on request at no extra charge.
There is free wireless internet and access to the communal pool of 22x12m and the tennis court. Rackets and balls provided.
Your holiday is a combination of relaxing in rural surroundings, swim and sunbathe by the pool and on the beach and bustle of larger resorts! Walkers and bird watchers are particularly well catered for!
Within walking distance there are Portuguese restaurants and a small supermarket. For extensive shopping is the Algarve Shopping Centre in 10 minutes.
The beautiful sandy beaches Praia de Gale Praia dos Salgados and Praia Dourada are within easy reach
Also running through the nature reserve (only 1500 meters) take you directly to the beaches. This is a conservation area with many bird species. An oasis between the major tourist centers of Albufeira and Armacao de Pera!
The thick walls give an extra charm to the house and ensure that the house is cool in summer and warm in winter. The central heating and the fireplace provide extra warmth in the winter months when it can still be lovely to stay in the Algarve. Here then blooms early almond blossom, followed by the mimosa in March and poppies in April.
