Enjoy the sun, sea and the cozy life of Armação de Pêra from our spacious apartment (80 m2 living space and 13 m2 terraces) with large communal swimming pool with separate children's pool and two sunny terraces. The beautiful sandy beach and the lively beach promenade are within walking distance, with a wide choice of restaurants, ice cream parlors, terraces and attractive beach bars. Shops, the daily fresh market and the center are also nearby. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and private parking spaces, the apartment offers all the comforts for a carefree holiday in the Algarve.

* Spacious private underground parking with space for up to 3 cars. Ideal for families or several couples; The pitches are partly behind each other.

Everything within walking distance
The apartment is about 800 meters from the beautiful wide sandy beach and only 500 meters from the cozy center of Armação de Pêra.
Along the beach runs a beautiful promenade with restaurants, beach bars, terraces, shops and ice cream parlors. When it comes to good food, you'll be spoilt for choice: from simple local restaurants and fresh fish to more refined gastronomy. There is also a daily fresh market.
From the beach you can take boat trips along the impressive rocky coast and the famous caves of the Algarve. In the summer there are various water sports activities. In the area you will also find water parks, golf courses and plenty of opportunities for excursions. Bicycles and cars can be rented locally.
Discover the Algarve
There is also a lot to discover outside Armação de Pêra. For example, visit historic Silves, lively Albufeira, charming Carvoeiro, Portimão, Lagos or drive all the way to Sagres, with its impressive cliffs and surfers.
To the east, Faro, Tavira and Olhão are well worth a visit, as is the beautiful nature reserve Ria Formosa. Those who prefer to explore the interior can head to Monchique for green hills, beautiful views and quiet villages. A visit to a local wine or olive farm is also a nice change.
And one of our personal favorites? Hiking along the spectacular rock cliffs and hidden coves of the Algarve.
After a day of exploring, it is wonderful to come home: a drink on the sunny terrace and then a refreshing dip in the pool.
