ACCOMODATION:
GROUND FLOOR: entrance hall, WC, lounge/dining room with large flat screen TV and satellite, DVD and Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi, patio doors leading to a lovely covered terrace with sea views, perfect for 'al fresco' dining. Large heated swimming pool with Roman steps, and spacious terraces with a brick BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher. One bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom (bath + shower). A second, optional bedroom (at an extra cost), has a sofa bed for 2 people and an en-suite bathroom with shower (*), this room can be separated from the living room by means of a sliding door.
FIRST FLOOR: All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have balconies with wonderful panoramic sea views.

This beautiful large villa is located in a small area south east of Pêra, a typical Portuguese village. The house has a beautiful view over the dunes to the sea.
There is a small road (short cut) to the 5 km long sandy beach between Gale and Armação de Pera with several beach bars, restaurants and the possibility to rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
Armacao de Pera is the nearest town, 10 minutes drive, with a great choice of restaurants.
Albufeira town is 10 km away, approximately 15 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting, with narrow streets and old fishermen's houses. There are also several music bars and street performers regularly give free performances in the main square.
Guia is at 5 km and is famous for its many restaurants specializing in 'Frango Piri Piri' (Chicken).
The nearest supermarket is 300 meters away. Algarve Shopping, the largest shopping center in the region, is a 10-minute drive away, where you will find everything you could possibly need, including cinemas and restaurants.
