Quinta Monchique

Quinta Monchique is an architect-built villa in 1970 with a patio covered with vines as the centerpiece and entrance. The various rooms are situated around this. The villa has a large living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen-diner with all necessary appliances, a dining room and a large covered terrace.

The villa has a very spacious master bedroom with fireplace and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Through the French doors you are directly on the terrace with swimming pool. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom with bath, separate shower and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The guest toilet is also located in the central hall. The third bedroom has a bathroom with shower. The villa is also equipped with central heating (optional), pantry with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment, two satellite TVs, video, DVD player, radio and CD player. Cots are provided on request. All areas are on one level and barrier-free.

The Quinta has been added an additional bedroom, this room is a double room adjacent to the master bedroom. These two rooms are connected by a door that can be closed. This room is adjacent to the swimming pool but does not have a private bathroom.
