A spacious, luxurious, and fully equipped seven-bedroom villa in the countryside of the Algarve (Southern Portugal), surrounded by nature and animals, where you are able to combine tranquillity with all facilities you need to feel comfortable.
The accommodation is set over 2 levels, ideally suited for family groups with children and can host up to 20 people.
The main floor comprises 4 bedrooms, from which 3 all en-suite, double beds, plus one room with an extra single bed. There is a large Livingroom with a big flatscreen, sofa and a fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with direct entrance to the spacious veranda and terraces with an outside dining area and BBQ facilities.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator and separated freezer, three electric ovens, a steam oven and a microwave. There is a Bora stove and a dishwasher. It contains a cooking island and windows overlooking the gardens and the patio lounge area. The kitchen in the main floor contains an automatic water filter system.
The patio lounge area is covered by a pergola, where you will find a table seating and a lounge sofa set, which offers much shade during the hot summer months. There is also a heater and a small fireplace for the colder evenings.
On the lower level, there are two bedrooms with smart TV, a separate bathroom, a living room plus fully equipped kitchen, a patio with lounge area and a terrace with sitting area and BBQ facilities and sunbeds.
The large infinity pool (90m2 not heated) plus a jacuzzi (heated) is easily accessed from all the rooms in the villa and is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers, sofas, poufs and an outdoor shower.
The property has smart home automation at the main floor and WIFI in all areas. The whole villa has air conditioning, which also provides heat during the winter, and in the main floor area there is floor heating all over the space.
The villa contains a separated playroom area (60 m2) with a snooker table (reversable to a table tennis), a dart board, table football, different plays for children and a kids corner, television+ Nintendo. Also, there is a small area to do your workout.
What makes this villa charismatic is the small farm which is beneath the villa and accessible for clients.
We providing different kind of services : horse riding, animal petting, yoga classes, different type of massages and we are here for helping you for any other requests.
The small farm contains: 2 sheep, 2 mini ponies, peacocks, turkeys, chickens, quails … There is also 1 Shetland pony, which can be ridden by a child.
Furthermore, within a driving distance of 15 minutes there are two waterparks, Aqua Show Park and Slide & Splash, and a big shopping mall. You will also find golf courses nearby, approximately 15 minutes driving. The nearest beaches are 10 minutes away, and you will find restaurants, a supermarket and cafe bars in a narrow distance of 5 minutes. The airport is 40 minutes away. Please note: car rental is necessary.
The villa is situated nearby a train track, sometimes per week passes a train.
The attached animal and farm area is just 1 minute by feet away and it is accessible daily from 8am till 18:00 pm.
One day a week, there comes a gardener to maintain the garden and pool.
Car rental or a shuttle is necessary.
Property manager is available during the day to assist you when you need informations.
There are different animals on the attached farm, roasters and wild birds could make some sounds in the morning but the windows are sound proof... ;-)
