This beautiful villa is in an unrivalled position on the rocks above a beautiful beach (part of the larger Praia d'Oura Beach) where you will also find a snack bar. You can access the beach through the garden through a fence and steep stairs. The large private grounds share the electric entrance gate with another villa, Aqueda (also on file). A driveway overgrown with flowers and plants takes you to the villa. Through a gate in the garden you can easily reach Aqueda (if desired). This is useful when you are with a larger group and book both villas. Otherwise, this gate will remain closed and you can enjoy privacy. It's hard to believe, but this villa is just a short walk from Santa Eulália with its variety of restaurants and bars. Some of these are visible from parts of the garden, other parts of the garden offer you complete privacy. The popular Areias de São João is also nearby, making this a good choice for groups with teenagers, although many clients like to stay at the villa and enjoy this idyllic spot.

The view over the sea from Pilar is truly breathtaking. You have sea views from different areas including the living room, the large terrace and the garden. When you open the patio doors you can enjoy a gentle sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The living room is stylish and comfortably furnished and provides access to the spacious terrace. From the sitting room an archway leads into the modern kitchen, with a breakfast room. There is a circular stone staircase leading down to the bedrooms which are both cool and comfortable. All bedrooms have windows that open to the garden and pool area. Please note; access to the nearest beach can be difficult for those with walking difficulties, but the beautiful Santa Eulalia beach is just a short drive away and has good disabled access.
