This beautiful villa is in an almost unrivalled position on the rocks above a beautiful beach (part of the larger Praia d'Oura Beach) where there is also a snack bar (private access from the garden via a staircase which is quite steep and not recommended for young children or the elderly).

The property shares the electric gates with Pilar and a flower-lined driveway leading to the separate entrances. There is a gate in the garden for those guests who wish to book both villas so that they are private and independent of each other, even though it is possible that you will hear the neighbours as the pools are close to each other. It is hard to believe that this villa is a short walk from Santa Eulália with its wide variety of restaurants and bars - while some of these are visible from parts of the garden, the remaining departments enjoy complete privacy. The popular Areias de São João is also nearby, making this a good choice for groups, including teenagers. Many customers can hardly get enough of this idyllic picture.

The view from the garden of Aqueda is truly amazing. There is a central courtyard and the landscaped garden has pathways, lawns, flower beds and three stone pools, which then cascades down to the pool below. The pool is located near colorful rocks, has a shallow end and from the garden the pool seems to disappear into the sea outside the garden. (The garden is not super suitable for young children). The accommodation consists of three parts; the main house and two smaller, less impressive apartments which are accessible from the entrance in the courtyard.

PS. The additional housing will only be available depending on the size of the group and the courtyard suite is only available if the main house is booked.
