The apartment is on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the room there is a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed so that 2 people can sleep here. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment is equipped with a well-equipped modern kitchen and has air conditioning. We have Dutch television. The swimming pool is about a 25-meter walk away and from the terrace you have a view of the playground.
We do not accept groups and no young people up to 25 years old. Also, no pets are allowed.

We ourselves have been completely in love with Portugal for almost 20 years. The friendly people, the many hours of sunshine and the beach/sea are the ideal ingredients for a fantastic holiday. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
- In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full rent.
