Cozy garden with a view of the pool and terrace that can be partly covered with an electronic awning.

Through a sliding window you immediately enter the kitchen, a smooth connection when you enjoy with friends and family at the terrace table.

The spacious terrace at the back has a view of the valley on the left side, and a view of the garden.

The spacious swimming pool (not heated) is maintained by the property manager during the stay.

The master bedroom is located on the street side but only the neighbors use this road, as well as the local bakery and fishmonger. You can have them stop to buy fresh bread and fish at home.

The master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom.

The other two rooms with a double bed are identical to each other. One on the ground floor on the street side, the other on the upper floor on the garden side with exit to the spacious terrace.

The room with two table beds is also adjacent to the terrace at the back of the upper floor.
