This villa was completely restored and refurbished in 2012. Located about 10 minutes from the pleasant market town of Barcelos. This cottage has all the comfort and modern facilities needed to have a wonderful holiday. The villa is privately located at the end of the street and fully air-conditioned. The garden is large and private, with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, private swimming pool, separate children's swimming pool, multi-sports field with volleyball net, football goals and basketball nets. There is WiFi internet in the villa.

Open living room with a comfortable sofa, facing the sliding doors behind which the terrace is located by the private swimming pool. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, a granite countertop with oven, freezer and refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar with 6 stools. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, television, DVD player and stereo system. Behind the kitchen are the three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds. One of the three bathrooms is suitable for the disabled. You can use WiFi internet in the villa and there is air conditioning everywhere, except in the annexe. An extra bed is available on request, making the villa suitable for 7 people.

Outbuilding:
Next to the villa is the outbuilding with large dining area and fireplace. The summer kitchen is located directly next to this, under the covered patio. Here you will find the barbecue and sufficient garden furniture to enjoy your meal outside and enjoy the sun. You have a beautiful view over the valley and in clear weather you can see the sea at Viana de Castelo between the hills in the distance.

Outside:
The garden is completely walled, the driveway is paved. A large private swimming pool of 10 x 15 meters with a depth of 0.90 - 1.5 meters is located separately from a children's pool. Slightly lower you will find a sports area with tennis facilities, football goals, volleyball net and basketball nets. There is a sandbox for children in the garden, and there are fruit trees everywhere that you are welcome to use! There is covered parking for 2 cars with direct access to the villa.
