Jardim da Lucia is a luxury holiday villa for 6 people with private heated pool from the beginning of April to the end of October. It is located in a quiet wooded area just 500 m. from the Atlantic Ocean between the seaside resorts of São Martinho and Foz do Arelho.
The house has every conceivable comfort. The garden includes a spacious terrace that is partially covered and on the terrace upstairs you have a beautiful view of the woods and the town of Caldas da Rainha. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor. There is also air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Bed and bath linen are provided. The beds are made on arrival. There is also free wifi, a smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, oven and microwave, bbq. There is also private parking.
Guests are personally welcomed and breakfast can be obtained if desired.
The villa is a good base to visit many historic cities. Obidos, Tomar, Sintra, Alcobaça, Lisbon are within easy reach.
You can play golf, surf, kite surf or just enjoy the beach and the sea nearby.
