This cozy holiday home at park Schoneveld suitable for 6 people is the ideal place for a relaxing stay close to the sea. Inside you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub, upstairs are the other two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and second toilet. After a day of fresh air by the sea, you can relax in the in-house sauna – pure indulgence! Outside, a spacious garden awaits, perfect for enjoying the sun, a good book or a cozy barbecue. You can park your car at the house. There is a storage room attached to the house. A high chair and cot are available for small children. At the park, the children can enjoy themselves in a variety of playgrounds. Your dog is also welcome in this house. The beach is within walking distance.

The bustling fishing village of Breskens is about 2.5 km away. In the village you will find many restaurants and terraces, you can stroll along the harbor or take a brisk walk on the beach. Breskens is also a nice base for many trips. Think of a day in Middelburg, historic Bruges or Ghent. Beautiful cities that you should definitely see.

Coastal Rental is located in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, in the beautiful and bustling Breskens. From this unique coastal town, we carefully manage holiday homes from private owners, located in various parks that border directly on the sea. The sea is always close by — audible, tactile and visible.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Towels / bed linen are optional. You can rent it from us or bring your own.

Deposit is € 150,-. This will be refunded within 1 week after departure if the house has been left in good condition.

Costs for a dog are € 30 for the entire stay.

Cancelling or changing the agreement:

It may happen that the holiday has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the tenant must inform us by e-mail. In most cases, there are costs associated with a cancellation or change. After cancellation, the tenant will receive a cancellation note. The administration fee for a cancellation/change is 45 euros. In addition to these costs, the tenant owes the following costs:

If cancelled up to 1 month before arrival: free cancellation.

In case of cancellation from 1 month to the day of arrival or later: 100% of the invoice amount
