You will find everything here for a comfortable stay for up to five people. Upon entering you are immediately on holiday. The inviting kitchen, the lovely large sofa and the cozy dining table will make you feel right at home. This feeling only gets stronger as you enter the sheltered garden. The garden offers a robust dining table on the terrace, there are comfortable sun loungers on the grass and for the ultimate holiday maker there is of course a relaxing hammock.

The house contains everything you need for a relaxing holiday and is in a wonderfully relaxing location. From here you can easily discover the versatile surroundings of the seaside resort of Noordwijk on foot, by bike or by car. Obviously to start with the beautiful dune area that lies on the doorstep, with the extensive North Sea beach behind it. If you continue towards Noordwijk, you will find the beautiful boulevard there, but of course also what Noordwijk is known for, the great beach bars.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation between the 29th and the 15th day before the start of the rental period 75% of the rental price
cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
