Spacious, comfortable, modern villa on a private lake near a historic windmill. 2 x 2p bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a large attic (open plan) with 4 x 1p beds (or 2x2) with a bathroom on the ground floor. Relax, lunch & dinner on your own jetty with a view over the private lake during sunset. Rowing boat, sailing boat for the kids, canoe, trampoline, football, badminton (without net), walking or cycling (please bring your own bicycles).

Spectacular location on Prinsendijk, part of the Dutch Waterline, near Reeuwijkse Plassen, Gouda, Oudewater, Hekendorp, Driebruggen (running errands). In the middle of Randstad, but 100% surrounded by nature. A lot of peace and privacy. Total estate is 5 hectares (house, land plus associated water). Villa is fully available to guests (not more then three different households).

The nature house is located on an unpaved clay dike. At the paved road we have a private parking area where you can park your car (maximum 3 cars). A rowing boat is waiting for you here, with which you can row your luggage to the house (about 1 km). It is about a fifteen minute walk from the parking lot to get to the house.
