The house stands on 8 ha. private land, including meadows, a toad pool and private forest. Hiking on your own property! The house from 1840 is comfortable, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The main house has 12 sleeping places. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have their own shower and toilet and there is a bathroom with a bath on the top floor. There is a piano in the spacious living room. On chilly days you can sit by the fireplace.
The cozy kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.
Outside is a large terrace, a beautiful garden and of course the swimming pool, which is out of sight. The pool has a sliding cover, so that you can also swim in bad weather.
A bathhouse belongs to the pool. This is equipped with a shower, toilet, kitchenette and a 2-person sofa bed, making it a full-fledged stay.
The swimming pool is heated from May to September; it cannot be used during the other months.


There is sufficient parking space for several cars. There are 2 bicycles in the barn that can be used.

For walkers: the Hanzestedenpad runs past the house; you can go on beautiful bike rides and for mountain biking enthusiasts, the 35 km long IJsselland route is recommended. For golfers: the Sallandsche Golfclub is located about 4 km away.
And when you return to the Kleikamp you can take a dip in the swimming pool.
In short, all the ingredients for a wonderful holiday are present.

The beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer is 8 km away, well worth a visit. You can shop well, there is a cinema and a film house, a theater and the terraces on the Brink are for you to choose. There is a lot to do in Deventer: take for example Deventer Op Stelten in July, one of the best events of the year, or the famous Deventer Boekenmarkt on the first Sunday of August, or the Dickens Festival in December, which attracts more than 120,000 visitors annually. .
There is a market on Friday and Saturday.
You can do your daily shopping in the nearby cozy villages of Olst and Diepenveen.
