Welcome to our nice house, located at the foot of the Lemelerberg. The house is located in a wooded area where you can enjoy nature, the birds, squirrels, but also the tranquility.
The cozy and warm interior ensures that you immediately feel at home. The house has two floors and is suitable for max. 4 persons. Downstairs is a spacious kitchen and living room with a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator and a combi microwave.
The wonderful shower with sink is also located on the ground floor. Just like the toilet. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, both rooms are suitable for two people.

In the spacious garden you will always find a nice spot to enjoy. And when you go out by bike, you can place it in the storage room in the evening. Korton this house has everything to enjoy and relax during your holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
