The Precaution

A luxury holiday apartment was built in 2006 in part of the former mill “De Voorzorg”. Everything is on one level (ground floor) and is suitable for a maximum of 3 people.
The house was renovated in 2022 with a new laminate floor, new dining area, new garden furniture and garden cushions. The garden house was newly painted in 2023 and fitted with a new roof.

The apartment of approximately 50 m2 is also suitable for the disabled.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining area, internet connection and a full HD LCD television via fiber optic connection (also German and English channels).

In the living room you will also find a luxurious open kitchen. Here you will find, among other things, a microwave/oven with induction hob and extractor hood. Furthermore, a large refrigerator and a freezer. There is also a coffee maker (optional regular or Senseo), kettle, plenty of crockery and a whisper-quiet dishwasher.

There is 1 double bedroom with a luxurious bed. Furthermore, a single bed (90x200) in a part of the living room separated by a curtain.
In the bathroom you will find a toilet, shower with glass door, bathroom furniture and a washing machine and dryer.

The windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and the outside door has an extra screen door, so you can easily keep unwanted insects out.

29 solar panels have been placed on the flat roof of the house. These cannot be seen from the garden. The entire building is more than self-sufficient with regard to electricity.
Hot water via a heat pump boiler, and heating via a hybrid heat pump.

From the living room you have a view of meadows and forests. In the garden there is a garden house with garden furniture. This garden is for guests only and is not used by others/owner.
You can store your bicycles in the garden house, there is also a socket to charge electric bicycles, and you can rent bicycles in Heino.

The owner lives out of sight on the other side of the large building. The other neighbors are all more than 150 meters away.

Directly adjacent to the house is the De Colckhof estate of Natuurmonumenten, and the adjacent Den Alerdinck estate.
The walking paths and cycle routes run past the house.

The house is located approximately 3 kilometers from Heino, 11 kilometers from Zwolle, 10 kilometers from Raalte and approximately 18 kilometers from Deventer.
In Heino you will find 4 supermarkets (AH, Boni, Budgetfood and Aldi).

There are approximately 10 estates within a radius of 10 km from Heino. There are also many walking and cycling routes in the area. You will also find many forests and meadows in the area around Heino, the so-called scenic landscape.

You will find about 5 restaurants in and around Heino, and there are dozens of restaurants in Zwolle and Raalte.

There are several museums in the area, Het Nijenhuis Castle with a large art collection just outside Heino and the famous "De Fundatie" in Zwolle.

For the children, amusement parks in Hellendoorn (20 km) and Slagharen (35 km).
There is an indoor playground in Wijhe.

The house is only rented per full week, from Friday to Friday. In spring and autumn, this can be deviated from in consultation, provided the rental period is at least 5 days. No arrival or departure on Sundays.

Arrival after 3:00 PM and departure before 10:00 AM.
