This cozy modern 4-person chalet with fully enclosed garden is located on a small-scale holiday park in Haarle, municipality of Hellendoorn. It is a quiet park without general facilities, you can relax here and enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings.

The house is fully equipped. It is a gas-free house with air conditioning. There is a living room with TV and an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and microwave. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms in the house, both with two single beds, and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The house has a storage room, where you can store your bicycles. Free Wi-Fi available. Two parking spaces are available on the plot. The garden is completely fenced. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. They stay here for free.

It is a new park, which is almost completely finished. 

A few kilometers away is the village of Haarle, where there is a local supermarket. It is also possible to rent bicycles in the village.  For hot sandwiches etc. you can go to the nearby Landal park Landgoed De Hellendoornse Berg.

The house is a perfect base for walking or cycling trips. You can walk or cycle directly from the house into the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. There is something for families with children for all ages. Adventure Park Hellendoorn is highly recommended, as is Playground De Flierefluiter. You can also visit the nice places in the area, such as Nijverdal and Raalte. Or the atmospheric old Hanseatic cities such as Zwolle and Deventer.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The house is exclusively intended for recreational purposes. Housing of employees/workers is not allowed. (Youth) groups are also not welcome in the house.
Charging the electric car at the house is not allowed.

It is not possible to rent bed, bath or kitchen linen. So you have to bring your own.
