There are sufficient facilities at the holiday park to satisfy the children (and parents). At this park you will find plenty of rest, relaxation and fun, so that you will experience a varied and unforgettable holiday. The holiday park offers a lot of facilities and is therefore suitable for the whole family. Experience a holiday that you will not soon forget in this 6-person renovated Finnish holiday chalet. I am Zwanet Schepers-Ligtenberg from December 2022 I will be the proud owner of this Finnish Chalet. I live near this beautiful holiday park. Since the purchase I have renovated the chalet further and further, everything is now new.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation of the prices

PERIOD TO BOOK:
The chalet can be booked every day, with the exception of the summer holidays, provided that this can be combined with our cleaning and other bookings.

PAYMENT
The listed price is the total price including energy (max. 20 kWh/day) and final cleaning.

Exclusive but mandatory:
- Reservation fee € 32.50
- Tourist tax (€1.05) per person per night for all ages
- deposit (€ 75.00)

Extra to book:
- linen package (€ 10.00 p.p)
- towel package (€ 7.50 p.p)

You will receive the remainder of the deposit back within a week after your holiday if you leave the house neat and broom clean, refrigerator on lowest setting, and the air conditioning off.

Arrival after 15.00 hrs, departure before 10.00 hrs.

If you want to arrive earlier, or leave later, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Average consumption per day 15-25 kWh.
Settlement via smart meter.
Settlement takes place with the deposit.
Rate: €0.50 kWh.

After booking you must transfer 20% of the total amount within 7 days, the remainder must be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the arrival date completely free.
Cancellation up to 5 weeks before the arrival date 20 % of the costs
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the arrival date 50% of the costs
Cancellation up to 1 week before the arrival date 100% of the cost
