Our ruralhut is located on a small-scale nature park in Ijhorst. Here you can relax and enjoy nature. From the cottage you are right in the woods. Through the French doors you enter the south-facing sunny terrace. In the cottage there is a spacious living room with a sitting area, flat screen TV with a Ziggo subscription. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Spacious kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer drawer, Nespresso machine and kettle. Here is also the dining table. In the hall next to the kitchen is the washing machine and also the microwave. Downstairs is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs are 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. On Sunday you can check out until 12:00. Booking price includes bed linen and final cleaning.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 60%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
