Luxury apartment in a farmhouse in a unique location, on the edge of Goor (Gemeente Hof van Twente), with the tranquility of the countryside and the center within cycling distance (2 km).
The apartment is on the first floor with its own entrance and staircase.
The total area is 55 M ² with the following rooms;

- luxurious bathroom with toilet, rain shower and bath.

- living room with kitchen, equipped with combi microwave, induction hob with
extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine and
kettle.
The dining and sitting area is equipped with a smart TV with Canal Digital, internet and
Wi-Fi.

- the rooms have air conditioning and central heating.

- 1 bedroom with a double bed 190 x 200 cm.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm.
Choice of 1 of the two bedrooms.

- storage room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, ironing board and iron.

The rooms offer a view of the meadows and our small animal stable.

Parking with charging point for electric bicycles available.

The farm dates from 1849 and has been renovated several times into what it is today, an authentic 19th-century farm with modern living facilities.
Erve Geuzendam has been inhabited for centuries with interruptions by descendants or relatives of one and the same family.
The oldest documents found in the municipal archive of Goor date from the 14th century (1360).
All persons in the Netherlands with the surname (ten) Geusendam, (ten) Geuzendam, Goessendam, Gaassendam and Gazendam have their distant roots on this property.

In 2016 this line was broken and we came to live here. With respect to the past, we want Erve Geuzendam to continue to exist.

We, Rita and Hans, have been living in this beautiful location with our daughter and son-in-law since 2016. The farmhouse is divided into 2 living areas and in 2021 the old hayloft was converted into a modern holiday apartment.
The environment here is peaceful, with beautiful cycling routes and many sights within cycling distance.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, taxes, gas, water, electricity.

We rent per weekend, midweek or week. The changeover day is always on Monday and Friday;
Arrival between 3 and 5 pm, departure before 11 am.
Exceptions in consultation with the landlord
