This lovely holiday home is located on the edge of the Zandstuve nature reserve, on a small-scale holiday park.

The house offers space for 6 people, was completely renovated in 2022, modernly furnished and fully equipped. It is surrounded by a nice garden, with 3 terraces on which you can enjoy the peace and quiet. In the garden you will also find the storage room with an extra fridge-freezer, space to store and possibly charge your bicycles. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor.
The bedrooms are all equipped with box-spring beds.

On both the ground floor and the first floor you will find a bathroom, which is equipped with a rain shower, sink and toilet. The house has ample parking, suitable for 2 cars.

There are no facilities at the holiday park, but there is plenty to see and do in the area.

We are Barry and Daniëlle and have been in possession of Boshuisje 38 for a few years now. After a long time of renovation and odd jobs, it is now finally ready to receive guests. Our house is located on the edge of the Zandstuvebos, where you can fully enjoy nature. There are several options for walking and cycling. We hope to see you soon in beautiful Den Ham!!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Conditions
  • A deposit of € 150 is required. This will be collected upon booking. You will be refunded at check-out after checking for any damages.
  • Beds are made on arrival
  • Free WiFi wifi available
Cancellation policy;
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant;   
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
