Our House is located on a slope of the Oldenzaalse moraine, in the beautiful, wooded area of ??the National Landscape of North East Twente. This place offers, in addition to rest, a great base from which to enjoy Twente, with its rolling hills, meadows and hedgerows.
De Lutte is centrally located in the cycling and walking network node that leads you past numerous famous nature reserves, museums and other visitors tips. There are also beautiful trails to places just across the border in Germany.
In short, an ideal retreat to relax and rest in our apartment for 2 people.
We are easily accessible via the A1.

We, Ingrid and Herman Nijhuis, would like to welcome you to our holiday home and welcome you at Erve Nijhuis on the Rhododendronlaan in De Lutte. Here you can fully enjoy the peace and variety of the Twente landscape. The accommodation is adapted for disabled guests, but is not suitable for guests who are completely wheelchair dependent. From the very spacious location you can enjoy walking and cycling in the wooded area of De Lutte. We look forward to meeting you!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment in two installments:
1st installment at least 50% of the rent, within 14 days after booking.
2nd installment the remainder, no later than 14 days before arrival.
Plenty of towels, kitchen and bed linen, cleaning costs and tourist tax are included.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.
