Our lodge is located in the municipality of Hellendoorn, on the edge of the forest and in the middle of the beautiful Sallandse Heuvelrug area.

The house is fully equipped and has a private hot tub. The use of this is included in your booking and you do not have to pay for it separately (with the exception of firewood, you can order this separately).

The houses contain two bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen and living room. In addition, you have a garden around the cottage with
hot tub, garden furniture and two sunbeds.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You can only cancel by written notice. The cancellation is valid from the day it is received by us. The following applies:

- From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25 % of the total rent, with a minimum of EUR 95,-.
- From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rent.

If we do not receive cancellation by written notice, then the full cancellation of the
rent due, even if the holiday home is not used.
