This charming cottage is surrounded by rolling countryside, sandy plains and heathlands. The house is located in a quiet area on a private plot of land of +/- 500 m2, with trees and shrubs with lots of privacy, ideal for relaxing.
This house has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
The cozy living room has a comfortable seating area with a television and DVD player. Adjacent you will find the modern kitchen with gas hob, fridge and freezer combination, oven/microwave, coffee maker + Senseo and a kettle. There are two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed with a wardrobe.
Nature and environment
Numerous activities are possible from this house. In the immediate vicinity there are many cycling and walking paths with beautiful routes through the woods. Cycling maps with routes through the Overijsselse Vechtdal are available in the house.
In addition, a walking map is available through the village of Beerze. A few hundred meters from the house is the Beerze Bulten campsite, where numerous relaxation options can be used outside the high season for a fee. There is an indoor swimming pool, a wellness center and a large indoor arcade for children. The campsite has a supermarket, a restaurant and a snack bar
