Free bed linen and made beds!! Your holiday starts immediately!


Our very spacious and luxurious holiday home is located on a spacious plot with several terraces so that you can enjoy the sun all day long. In the garden house we have made connections for charging your electric bicycles. In addition, you will find a very spacious lounge sofa with parasol and garden furniture for breakfast in the morning in the sun!

The extensive and spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Spacious dining table and living room with TV (Netflix) and private, fast, WiFi.
Downstairs is a very spacious bedroom with sink and space for a baby cot (cot and high chair available). A washer/dryer combination is of course ready.

Upstairs the bathroom and 2 bedrooms with separate box spring beds for a wonderful night's sleep. Upstairs you will also find a separate 2nd toilet. 
And to get your holiday started right away, we will make sure that the beds are made (bed linen free of charge with your stay)!

The park has a large heated swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a playground and a jeu de boules court. In the Wielen (2 spacious ponds) you can fish for carp, for example.
The Parkhuis is the core of the park! Here you can enjoy a drink on the terrace, various meals that you can also take away and wonderful cozy (theme) evenings with live music and super cozy owners who ensure that you will not be short of anything!
You can also rent bicycles, electric laps, balance bikes, etc. See the welcome folder in the house.

The beach is 5 km away.
Cities such as Schagen (4.5 km) and Alkmaar (18 km) may be known from the West Frisian Folklore Market (Schagen) and Cheese Market (Alkmaar) and definitely worth a visit.

In the immediate vicinity of Sint Maarten you will find walking and cycling routes, beach, dunes, nature parks and much more. We have written down a number of great tips for you in the house.
