About Simone & Richard
Hello, we are Simone and Richard. We have been living in Sint Maarten for 28 years and have always wanted to own a holiday home. And what more beautiful than here in our own village! When the opportunity arose, we were the first to buy a house immediately. In December 2019 we finally received the key and prepared the house. For us it is important that you feel at home and can enjoy the peace and space in and around the house. As parents of 4 children we know that it is not always easy to find a suitable home and that is why we have set up the house as spacious as possible and equipped it with all the conveniences you want. Families with a baby are also very welcome. We are lovers of the beach, the dunes, the flower fields, walking and cycling routes, so we can safely say: you will not get bored here!
