Our cottage is located in beautiful Schoorldam, at the Geestmerambacht holiday park.Just a stone's throw from beautiful hiking and biking trails, perfect for exploring the area.

What we offer:
A cozy living space with a cozy atmosphere. A well-equipped kitchen for delicious home-cooked meals, basic amenities and kitchen linen are provided and there is free Wi-Fi.
A comfortable bedroom with walk-in shower for a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. A made-up bed with bed linen.
A private terrace to enjoy the peace and fresh air or to have a barbecue.
A covered storage room to store the bicycles.

Facilities at the park:
Laundry: For your convenience, a launderette is available at the reception for an additional fee.

Playground and go-karts: Children will have fun in the children's playground with the go-karts or in the petting zoo.

Fish: Cast a fishing rod on the North Holland Canal.
Bicycle rental: In addition to cycling, you can also opt for something faster: an electric scooter.
Boat rental: Hop on from the park and start your day on the North Holland Canal. From here you can sail towards Alkmaar or polder area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
