A large sliding door leads directly to the garden and to the terrace. The terrace faces south. It is a beautiful location for a perfect beach holiday. Just 700 meters from the lively village of Callantsoog and a 15-minute walk from the beach, you will find everything you need.

The house is located near the nature reserves' t Kooibosch and Abbestee. Here you can enjoy a nice walk and this is a beautiful route to the center of Callantsoog.

Looking for a luxury holiday home in Callantsoog on the coast. Then you have come to the right place. The Octaaf 6 is a beautiful house in a nice quiet location.
Callantsoog is a nice village with a pleasant threshing square and a nice beach. You only have to cross 1 row of dunes to get to the beach. Do you come in the summer to sunbathe or do you prefer a breath of fresh air in the autumn. In the spring you will find plenty of sights in this bulb region!
