Modern, comfortable house on the edge of the North Holland Dune Reserve in North Bakkum/Castricum.
The house is suitable for 4 people, on the ground floor and part of the country house De Duinlopers, which was built under architecture in 2020 and equipped with an air heat pump and green roof.

The house is located on the bulb route between Egmond and Castricum and only 3.5 km from the beach.
A unique base for beautiful walking and cycling trips through the beautiful dune area, a beach holiday or cultural trips to Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem.

Ecodlodge Duin is at the rear of the country house De Duinlopers and has a spacious, attractive private terrace with dining table and seating area. At the front, there are two smaller apartments. The accommodations all have their own entrance and private terrace.
There is a large garden and parking space all around.
The owners live next to the country house.

Layout:
Entrance into a spacious living-dining kitchen with large dining table and sitting area. The kitchen has 4 hobs (induction), combination microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed (2.1—1.80 Auping). Bedroom 2 has two single beds. beds (2 -0.90 Auping).
Neat bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

There is a large garden and a parking lot all around. There are 2 parking spaces available for eco lodge Duin.

We, Yvonne and Mario, are the proud owners of this beautiful location. After years of working in the travel industry, we have taken the step to build a country house ourselves with 3 holiday accommodations (2020). We had great pleasure in furnishing the houses, all three with their own style.
We live next to the country house and fully enjoy the beautiful dune area. We walk with Bob our dachshund through the dunes every day.

Cancellation policy:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant

If you cancel within 24 hours after your booking has been approved, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. We take the moment that you have sent your email to us as the cancellation date.
If you cancel up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the travel sum.
If you cancel from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the travel sum.
If you cancel from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the travel sum.
If you cancel on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the travel sum.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
