At the front there is a sunny terrace with a view of the playground, at the back a terrace with evening sun and a private jetty with a small boat with paddles. A wonderful place to watch the sun set and cast your fishing line, the fishing pass is included. The garden is fenced, which is nice, the dog is also allowed. A shed for bicycles, here is an extra fridge-freezer combination. The walking dike is a nice walk with the dog that takes about half an hour. In short, a wonderful place to spend your holiday or weekend away and make beautiful memories. Inside, the wood-burning stove is stoked and gives off cozy warmth. A large lounge sofa, TV and super internet, a true chill spot for young and old. The large high table offers enough space for everyone, the kitchen is in the shape of a U, plenty of worktop, 90cm stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, you can make the coffee the old-fashioned way with a filter coffee maker. A cozy bar in the kitchen, delicious wines and drinks. Downstairs is also a bedroom with bathroom An-suite. In the hall there is a wardrobe and toilet. The washing machine and dryer are in the cupboard. Large shelves under the closed stairs to store your belongings. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. 1 bedroom with a double box bed 180-220 and a sleeping chair (topper available), private sink with mirror. 1 bedroom with a double box bed 180/220 and 1 box spring 80/200. 1 bedroom with 2x single box spring 80/200 and its own sink with mirror. The bathroom has a separate rain shower, whirlpool bath with a view over the water, sink with mirror and a toilet. A very nice place to avoid the crowds while lively Schagen and the beach at Callantsoog on the North Sea coast are close by, just 9 kilometers away. You can even reach Texel or Amsterdam within an hour. NB!! This house is not located at our main location but at a small-scale holiday park 1.5 km away. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool (simple and with limited supervision) is accessible free of charge in the park. There is a large field for sports and games and a nice playground. You park 1 car on your own property. Electric car charging point 1.5 km away. Bed linen and towels are not included, but optional for a fee. You make the beds yourself.
