Located on the pleasant shopping street De Laat, you can enjoy the perfect mix of urban liveliness and cozy tranquility. After a day of shopping, visiting the famous cheese market or enjoying a terrace, De Laat Vintage is your ideal place to relax.
**The space**
Our apartment is attractively decorated in a warm vintage style, with great attention to comfort and details. The spacious living room offers a cozy sitting area, a dining table and a smart TV to relax. In the kitchen you will find another cozy seating area to enjoy together, and of course the kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, gas stove, large fridge and kettle.
Via the stairs you reach the spacious bedroom, where a comfortable bed ensures a wonderful night's sleep. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Upon arrival, you enter the central hall of the building, which houses a total of four holiday apartments.
**The Location**
De Laat Vintage is located on the pleasant shopping street de Laat, right in the bustling center of Alkmaar. From the apartment you can walk to atmospheric terraces, special boutiques and of course the famous cheese market. Museums, restaurants and the historic canals are also within walking distance. Thanks to its central location, De Laat Vintage is the ideal base to discover all that Alkmaar has to offer. Even the beach of Bergen aan Zee or Egmond aan Zee can be reached within a twenty-minute drive!
There is a visitor parking permit, which means that you can park for free for 3 hours close to the house. Handy for unloading your stuff. Then we drive to find a free parking area a little further away and park the car there.
