**The Space**
The renovated studio offers the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The studio is fully equipped and practically furnished. In the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, gas stove and microwave. In addition, there is a cozy sitting area and a comfortable folding bed. During the day you can enjoy extra space and in the evening you can easily fold out the bed for a good night's sleep – the bed is already made on arrival.
The studio has a shower with sink and a separate toilet. Outside you will find a cozy garden with a sitting area, where you can relax in peace on sunny days.
**The Location**
La Playa has a prime location! Within a few minutes you can walk straight onto the beach of Egmond aan Zee. The lively center with cozy shops and restaurants is also within walking distance. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking and cycling routes through the dunes, and bicycles can be rented in the area.
Hotel Zuiderduin is only 550 meters away, where you can enjoy various facilities such as bowling alleys, fitness/squash, pool tables, slot machines, dartboards and an extensive wellness area with sauna and swimming pool. In addition, there are sights in Egmond such as the local museum, the lighthouse and the atmospheric shopping street.
The city of Alkmaar is only a 15-minute drive away and is also easily accessible by public transport.
