The Zuidlaardermer, 100 meters from the Lakehouse across the water and about 2 km if you walk, cycle or go by car. It is a nature reserve where you will find beavers, otters and the most special birds such as Bearded Man • Bluethroat • Marsh Harrier • Little Grebe and Black Grebe.

The open kitchen is fully equipped. You will really want for nothing.

Enjoy a long time at the large dining table in the kitchen.

This living area is adjacent to the open kitchen, continues into an extra sitting area and gives access to the veranda.

On the covered veranda there is an opportunity to enjoy a good meal or to enjoy together. In addition to these seats, there is also a lounge sofa, gas heater and a hanging chair. The windows of the veranda can also be opened completely.

In the garden there is an extra large outdoor table where 12 people can eat. This is on the terrace on the water next to the veranda.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a patio door to the terrace with three lovely Ibiza chairs. This room is so spacious that the existing cot can be placed here.

This bed is together with another bed in a bedroom on the first floor.

This bedroom has 2 beds of 90 x 210 and this bedroom is on the first floor and has a French balcony.

On the 1st floor, 1 of the 4 bedrooms is suitable for 3 people.

The garden is on the water, but the edge is trimmed with a net and two gates.
