Come to beautiful Drenthe for a wonderful holiday playing tennis in the woods and heaths. 't Hoeske in Exloo is cozy, detached, suitable for two people and is located on the edge of the esdorp Exloo, on the Drentse Hondsrug in the middle of forest and heath. The cottage is located in the yard of a thatched farmhouse, but has its own parking space and private entrance, as well as its own terrace. At 250 meters from the cottage you can walk onto heathland 't Molenveld (which is currently in beautiful bloom in July and August) or into the woods.

In the cottage you enter through the hall into the bedroom with a double bed, the shower/toilet room, as well as the living room with a fully equipped kitchen unit. The cottage features cable TV and free Wi-Fi.

In the village there is a bakery, a supermarket and several restaurants. In 10 minutes by car you are in the center of Emmen with, among other things, Wildlands Zoo. Or go to Assen, 25 minutes by car, that is also a possibility. Bicycle rental is available in Exloo. Pet with you? That's possible. A maximum of one dog; otherwise in consultation. Since 1998 I have been living with my 3 daughters in this beautiful village on the Drenthe Hondsrug, literally on the edge of forest and heath. As a nature lover, I indulge in the freedom and nature around me. Since the 2017 I have started renting out this holiday home. I think it is very nice to be able to be the hostess of all those people who come to this region for their peace and quiet and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Bring your pet :
One pet (max 1) is allowed.

Bed/bath linen :
Bed and/or bath linen is available on request. If you have any questions about this, please contact the landlord.

Energy costs :
For October to April, energy costs will be added to the price, €2.50/day. The landlord will settle this separately with you.

Cancellation policy :
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
